Centre Compartir, was constituted in setember 1991, like a non-lucrative, non-governmental, chartitable, social organization and without politic allegiance, like an educative alternative to the street in the district of Ciutat Vella "Old Town" in Barcelona (Catalunya).

All the voluntary educators, collaborators and trainers do not receive any type of reward for the daily work they do.
